Casa Francesca is a charming bed and breakfast in the mountain town of Loro Ciuffenna, near Arezzo, welcoming guests in a historical location, surrounded by nature and touched by the cooling waters of the Ciuffenna River. Loro Ciuffenna, which has become one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, is located in the enchanting Chianti area, in the hills of Pratomagno. The Casa Francesca is a residence dating back to the 1300s, which today still maintains the atmosphere of a gracious private home.

We are in the area of Chianti Aretino, the heart of Tuscany, a region with beautiful nature and landscapes. The present structure was once the Customs House, where the pilgrims paid duties to enter the town of Loro Ciuffenna. Today, Casa Francesca presents itself in a classical setting with elegant communal areas such as the hall with frescoes and a cozy breakfast room. The structure comprises six rooms, equipped with every comfort, overlooking the rooftops and serene banks of the Ciuffenna River.
