Our guide, Pedro, was great. He came up with a great plan for our day but allowed us the flexibility to spend more or less time in certain areas. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the area with us. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in seeing the island.

Pedro gave us a wonderful and informative tour of Sete Cidades and some almost equally beautiful surrounding areas on May 29. We definitely experienced more than we thought we would in a four hour tour. No wasted time and unique experiences thanks to Pedro's knowledge and Jeep 4x4. His English was exceptional and he was happy to answer our many questions. We would definitely recommend tours with Pedro to any visitors to Sao Miguel.

After a punctual pickup, I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with Pedro around Sete Cidades. The Jeep 4x4 offers a more comfortably intimate setting as well as access to some otherwise hard to reach locations. Pedro was knowledgeable about the island, its history, and local flora & fauna, but was also just fun to talk to. It was more like spending the day with a friend rather than a guide. I got to see some other beautiful locations that seemed all to ourselves. I definitely recommend booking a fun day with this tour.

We spent a wonderful day in the Azores with Pedro! He took me and my 2 young boys around the Sete Cidades area, stopping at so many beautiful points around the lakes. He even indulged my request to meet an Azorean cow by arranging a visit to a local farm (wonderful people) where my sons were able to milk a sweet mama cow! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He met us at our cruise ship and was even there early waiting for us (he was the first of the guides to arrive at the port awaiting guests). I cannot recommend him enough. We travelled for 30 days, 6 countries, countless tour guides and he was hands down the best. 6/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
