I think that this is the first time i write a review, but i had to, as this company just gave me the worst experience ever on a tour.
I booked the tour, everything seemed seamless, the confirmation came immediately and I was really excited.
Everything else was horrible !
Tried to contact the company to understand where I could be picked up, no one ever answered until the morning of the tour itself. The tour guide, I think his name was Miguel, screaming at me, I couldn't believe this was happening, and somehow still apologized to him, not really knowing what I did wrong.
Now I know that he couldn't drive in a historic neighborhood, I had no idea.
The tour continued and it was horrible, the guide was rude the whole day, with everyone not only me and my partner, so we only did the pena palace and took a train back, just like a Dutch couple that left before us.
I should have known there was something wrong, but the price was too appealing.
