We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

We will depart on the bus with our guide to the lively Plaka district at the foot of the Acropolis. We will have a taste of the typical local cuisine in one of its famous taverns and watch a dance performance from different regions of this country. -Bus tour with our guide.

Welcome to Bucharest, the vibrant capital of Romania. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel where you can settle in and enjoy some free time. After lunch, embark on a city tour, exploring the ancient quarter and the colossal Parliament Palace. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your leisure.

Today, we journey through the scenic beauty of Transylvania, crossing the Carpathian Mountains and lush forests. In Sinaia, we'll stroll through the gardens of the Peles and Pelisor Castles before heading to the 14th-century Bran fortress, famously known as Dracula's Castle. After lunch, we continue to Sighisoara, a UNESCO Heritage center renowned for its beautiful walled medieval city. In the evening, we'll enjoy a special dinner at the restaurant of Count Dracula.

Our journey through Transylvania continues as we visit the fortified church of Biertan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We then proceed to Sibiu, a bustling city with narrow streets and squares, where you'll have time to explore and have lunch. In the afternoon, we visit the impressive Hunedoara Castle, considered the prettiest castle in Romania. We end the day in Timisoara, where you'll have time to explore its elegant central squares.

Today, we set off for Serbia, crossing the border and arriving in Belgrade. Here, you'll enjoy a city tour of this active capital, admiring its busy center, parliament, and the Kalemegdan Fortress. We also visit the Museum of Yugoslavia, home to Tito's Mausoleum. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure.

We begin our journey today traveling to the Voivodina region, making a stop in Sremska Mitrovica, a city with a pleasant historic center on the banks of the Sava River. We then continue towards Bosnia, stopping in the city of Zvornik, one of the oldest cities in Bosnia. After lunch and a stroll, we continue our route to Sarajevo, arriving in the evening. Enjoy time in the historic center, strolling through the charming bazaar, an old Ottoman market famous for its architecture, oriental atmosphere, and traditional shops.

In the morning, we'll have a sightseeing tour of Sarajevo, a city known as the 'Jerusalem of Europe' due to the coexistence of several religions. After the visit, we continue our route to Mostar, with its wonderful historic center and its stone bridge. After lunch and a stroll through the city, we continue to Croatia, arriving in Dubrovnik at the end of the day.

In the morning, we enjoy a city tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide. The tour includes tickets to the Franciscan Monastery with the oldest pharmacy in Europe, and the Cathedral. We also include a boat trip to Lokrum, a small island home to the ruins of a Benedictine monastery of the eleventh century. You can then enjoy free time, returning to the hotel at the end of the afternoon.

We set off early for Montenegro, enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery and the Bay of Kotor. We take a ferry to cross the bay and arrive in Kotor to enjoy some time strolling in this beautiful walled town with its strong Venetian influence. After this, we make a stop in Budva, a marvelous walled village surrounded by the sea to enjoy lunch. Then we travel to Albania, arriving in the capital, Tirana, in the evening.

Today, we have a city tour of Tirana, exploring its Mosques, the Clock Tower, and the ministries. Afterward, we leave for inland Albania, enjoying the beautiful countryside around Lake Ohrid which forms the border with Macedonia. We continue to the Republic of Macedonia, stopping for lunch in Struga, a picturesque town on the shores of the lake. We end the day in Ohrid, a city with a strong Ottoman influence and a World Heritage Site.

Today, we travel through Macedonia to Greece, passing through Bitola, a historic city known as the 'City of Consuls'. We then continue to Kastoria, a city situated by the lake with beautiful scenery. Afterward, we proceed to Kalambaka, where we'll visit the Valley of Meteora, an impressive place declared UNESCO World Heritage. You'll also have the chance to enter one of its most famous Monasteries.

We will travel south through the Thessaly region, arriving in Delphi after enjoying the view of wonderful landscapes. We include admission to the beautiful archaeological complex that overlooks the Gulf of Corinth. After lunch, we travel to the Osios Loukas Monastery, one of the most beautiful Byzantine monasteries in Greece, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We continue towards Athens, arriving in the evening.

We will enjoy a city tour of Athens with a local guide, exploring the Presidential Palace, the Panathinaikos stadium, the national library, and the bustling squares of the center. The tour will finish at the Acropolis site. In the evening, we include a transfer to the Plaka area, which is full of small Greek bars where you can enjoy the rich folklore of this country.
