Kick off your adventure in Lisbon, from where you'll be shuttled to Elvas, a fortified city near the Spanish border. After a brief safety briefing and bicycle fitting, you'll embark on a short ride around the city, taking in the impressive Roman Aqueduct and the well-preserved 16th-century walls. Your accommodation for the night will be at the Vila Gale Evora (or similar).

Today, you'll cycle down to the river, enjoying views of Spain before heading west towards Vila Vicosa. Today's ride takes you to Evora, with a stop at São Pedro do Corval, a town known for its pottery. Today, you have the option to cycle into the heart of the Portuguese cork industry. Visit a factory where cork is transformed into a variety of products, from bottle stoppers to purses and business cards. In the evening, enjoy a guided walk through the old part of Evora.
Day 6 – Day 6: Evora to Alentejo Farm

As you leave Evora, you'll pass through several small towns and ancient castles. Your destination is a large farm in rural Alentejo, where goats and cork are raised. As you approach the coast, you'll see the landscape change, with sea pines dotting the wide-open spaces. Enjoy a hearty Alentejo dinner at the farm.

Today, you'll leave rural Alentejo for the coast. You'll pass through Sines, a city known for its modern harbor and as the birthplace of Vasco da Gama, Portugal's most famous sailor.
