We commence our journey in Madrid, heading south to the historic city of Toledo, known as the 'City of Three Cultures'. After exploring Toledo's cobbled streets and diverse architecture, we journey through the picturesque landscapes of Castilla-La Mancha, stopping at the stunning Despenaperros Natural Park. Our day concludes in the charming city of Cordoba, where you're free to explore its lively squares and beautiful architecture.

Our day begins with a visit to the stunning Moorish mosque, La Mezquita, in Cordoba. We then journey through the olive tree-covered hills of Jaen, stopping at the hilltop fortress of Fortaleza de la Mota. Our day concludes in the beautiful city of Granada, where we'll stay for the next two nights.

We start the day with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Alhambra fortress and palace in Granada. In the afternoon, we explore the unique Barrio de las Cuevas of Guadix, with an optional visit to the Guadix Cave Dwellings Interpretation Centre. If time permits, we'll enjoy a photo stop at the Sierra Nevada mountains before returning to Granada for the evening.

Our journey begins in the El Torcal de Antequera nature reserve, where we marvel at the incredible limestone formations. We then travel through the beautiful landscapes of Malaga's 'Lake District' to reach the cliffside town of Ronda. After exploring Ronda and enjoying a leisurely lunch, we visit an olive oil farm to learn about the production of Spain's 'liquid gold'. Our day concludes in the vibrant city of Seville.

Today is a free day to explore Seville at your leisure. You could visit the iconic Seville Cathedral, enjoy a glass of wine in the bustling Plaza de Espana, or take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the Guadalquivir River. Alternatively, you can join an optional half-day tour to Jerez, famous for its flamenco, horses, and sherry production.

We depart Seville and head west to the sun-drenched Costa de la Luz. We stop in Huelva, where Christopher Columbus once planned his voyage to the New World, and visit the Muelle de las Carabelas exhibition. We then cross the border into Portugal, stopping in the charming town of Tavira. Our journey concludes in the historic Portuguese capital of Lisbon.
